The history of our Goblet brand is closely linked to the history of Michael Adriaan de Ruyter, who successfully captured the flagship of the British fleet on his voyage to Chatham in 1667. A hero of the Dutch navy, Michael de Ruyter was given a golden goblet in recognition of his heroic feat. On show in the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam, the goblet also adorns the label of our genever illustrating the noble qualities of our young grain genever.
Goblet jonge jenever 35°
This grain genever is distilled traditionally marrying ancestral know-how and artisanal distillation. The characteristic sweetness of our genever is obtained by distilling a mixture of spices such as Italian juniper berries, liquorice, coriander and fennel seeds in a copper still.
